Orgasm secrets or rather sexual secrets according to Tao philosophy is a more than two thousand years old Chinese tradition. The Taoist sexual secrets are perhaps the most advanced the world has ever seen. Practises more than two thousand years old remain very effective today. The philosophy and practises were closely guarded secrets for several hundreds of years. These long-time secret Taoist techniques are being presented openly to the West today.
According to Tao, our sexuality is the foundation of our overall health.
Yang created universe.
Yin sustains universe.
The Tao is the source of Yang and Yin. The Tao is a word that means the Way. The real source is nameless. Body and soul are infused with energy that moves us along our path. This energy consists of female (Yin) and male (Yang) attributes – of which both are present in men and women. Sex is a sacred rite – union of yin and yang.
Sexual energy is the only energy in our body that increases in force when activated. Sexual desire is energy of life.
The first form of Tao sex is physical and some exercises are to be learned and practised by you – Single Cultivation. (A very positive phrase for masturbation.) Sexual exercises to be learned and practised with a partner are called – Dual Cultivation.
Other secrets are:
Techniques for slow sensual sex
Sexual massage
Sexual healing
Circulation of sexual energy
Connecting with spiritual aspects of sex
Taoists realize that for a man vast amount of energy is lost each time he ejaculates. By learning to control orgasm he can retain rather than lose energy. Orgasm for a man is not to be synonymous with ejaculation and the Taoists developed many techniques to have multiple orgasms without ejaculating.
Women however do not loose sexual energy during orgasm. They can experience multiple orgasms and actually feel energized. Taoists say that men’s sexual energy is limited, while women’s sexual energy is unlimited. During menstruation, however, women do loose sexual energy. Men are compared to fire while women are like water. Water takes a long time to heat but once boiling it keeps warm for a long time.
Genital muscles should be strengthened and toned. Important for both men and women.
Breathing exercises are basic for control of life force energy.
With Tao techniques you can experience prolonged ecstatic sexual activity and circulate energy to higher and higher centers. Multiple orgasms can change focus of lovemaking from the one singular goal of achieving orgasm to the process of intimately knowing and being known by your partner. According to Tao it takes seven years to know the body of your partner, seven years to know your partner’s mind and seven years to know your partner’s soul.
"Once you can have as many orgasms as you wish, you are able to realize that the orgasmic pulsations themselves are simply parts of a continual process of harmonizing with your partner and with the world." Eric Yudelove "Taoist Yoga and the Sexual Energy". St Paul, 2000.
