Finding the female G-spot could be a challenge. One can find the G-spot easiest by sitting in a crouching position, as it is easier to find it when the uterus is in a downward position. In order to prevent urination anxiety it can be wise to sit on the toilet, as the urethra will be pushed and urine might want to be disposed of in the beginning, even if the bladder feels empty to begin with. One can search for the G-spot by pushing one or two fingers inwards and upwards toward and behind the pubic bone in the vaginal wall, about one and a half to two inches inside the vagina, on the anterior wall of the vagina, slightly off to the side in the eleven or one o’clock position (the top front centre of the pubic hair being twelve). It can feel like a small almond that becomes larger and harder as it is stimulated.
The female G-spot can probably be found among all women.
